Fine Schedule
*A warning letter will be sent first notifying the owner of the violation. If no response is received upon receipt of the letter and the property is not brought into compliance the below fine schedule will be followed until a resolution is reached.
1st - $50
2nd - $100
3rd - $250
Final - $500
Fines will increase every 2 weeks of noncompliance. Once the final level of the fine schedule is reached a $500 charge will continue to be added every 2 weeks until a plan is made with our office to get the property in compliance with the covenants.
