Architectural Design Committee The Architectural Design Committee is responsible for maintaining the community’s property values. Committee members will review design applications from homeowners and see whether they comply with the architectural guidelines stated in the governing documents. This prevents residents from installing elements that may lower the property values within the community. Day-to-day operations are managed by Declarant/President. Architectural Design Committee members should have education and/or experience in architecture and/or construction. The Architectural Design Committee is currently recruiting members. Budget & Finance Committee The Budget & Finance Committee helps the Declarant/President when it comes to planning the annual budget, tracking monthly expenses, managing reserves and investments, scheduling audits and reserve studies, and other financial management tasks. Day-to-day operations are managed by Declarant/President. Budget & Finance Committee members should have education and/or experience in business and/or finances. Covenant Compliance Committee The Covenant Compliance Committee assists the board in matters of rule compliance and violations enforcement regarding the CCRs. The committee monitors the community and enforces violations for homeowners who do not comply with the HOA’s rules and regulations. Day-to-day operations are managed by Declarant/President. Parks, Roads, & Maintenance Committee The Parks, Roads, & Maintenance Committee ensures that the community is well taken care of. Committee members can follow up on maintenance and repairs for roads, parks, mailboxes, signage, and all common areas. Committee members help improve the security and safety of the community. Committee members can patrol the neighborhood to ensure that safety and security standards are being met. The committee also helps obtain bids from landscape, irrigation, snow plowers and misc. vendors. Day-to-day operations are managed by Declarant/President. Welcome & Education Committee The Welcome & Education Committee exists to welcome homeowners and its residents to the neighborhood and create/host events that enhance the joys of living in the community. It utilizes the existing facilities, and throughout the year, may plan recreational activities for children, adults, and groups of all ages. The purpose of the Welcome & Education Committee is to plans events, like BBQ's in the park, game nights, and community improvement days. Day-to-day operations are managed by Declarant/President.
