PURPOSE: To protect the value of each owner's property. To safeguard the total financial well being of the whole community. To provide a quality of life that is satisfying for all of us. To manage the common areas for the enjoyments and use of all owners. To enhance the attractiveness of the physical neighborhood.
GOALS: To maintain the Condominiums and the grounds in excellent condition. To provide a safe and peaceful existence which is shared by all who live in the community.
DUES: Association dues forCT Condos are $180 per month. Please submit payments promptly as funds are needed to cover operating expenses and build reserves. Owners can mail their payment or Pay Online.
DUES COVER: -Sprinkler Maintenance
-Water and Sewer: which is through the City of Bozeman
-Garbage Service: done by L&L Site Services
-Snow removal of sidewalks, streets and driveways
-Insurance: Association's policy covers all the common areas & exterior of buildings. Also has General Liability & Directors and Officers Coverage. (**Owners should carry their own insurance policy to cover interior of unit**)
-Administration and Management- handled by Saddle Peak Properties, LLC
